The CI is an instructional certification training and exam program intended for individuals who wish to teach official Mercury Interactive courses. This is a two-part program, training and exam. The training focuses on understanding and using principles of learner-centered education to promote learning. The exam at the end of the class assesses your ability to create a safe learning environment that fosters teacher-student and student-student interactions, motivate participants, use effective learner-centered instructional techniques, and demonstrate professionalism through effective presentation skills.
